Our offsite backup plan will copy and transfer your database from its current hosted platform and transfer it securely over SSH to our secure hosted platform located at ThePlanet.com. You will have access to a secure web interface where you will be able to download a backup of your database in the event you need a restore. We store 21 days worth of databases and we also hold a monthly database captured on the 1st of the month for a year. We can also perform this service on a hosting platform that we do not manage. (IE. godaddy, etc.). The Files&Folders backup is very similiar to the MySQL backup except that it consist of your websites static files (IE. Images, HTML, PHP, etc files).
